Marching Dogs offers various shipping options to cater to our diverse customer needs:
Local Pickup: For those in the Southern Indiana region, local pickup can be arranged after placing an order with the 'Pick Up In-Person' option. Please contact Marching Dogs via our business line, +1912581945 or WhatsApp.
Digital or Ticket Purchases: Products can be emailed, sent via Discord, or transferred via mobile share.
Free 2-Day Delivery: Available for anyone in a 100-mile radius of Marching Dogs Headquarters (MDHQ), around the 47201 postcode, or Columbus, Indiana.
SHIPPING:
Flat Rate Shipping: Applicable to Marching Dogs and affiliates merchandise. We are proud to offer fully 100% American-produced merchandise, and shipping times can be longer due to multiple shipments.
Standard Shipping: Includes all ground and basic shipping options, expected within 1-5 business days.
Fast Shipping: Any shipping option above the standard delivery tier, expected in 1-3 business days.
Next Day Shipping: Shipped out the same day if possible, or the following morning if ordered after 6 PM EST. Comes with a Signature delivery requirement.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations, or other events outside of our control.
RISK OF LOSS:
The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Marching Dogs, LLC is the seller of record for purchases made by buyers shopping from the United States. It is the responsibility of the consigner to make sure the items get to and from Marching Dogs. Any issues should be followed up with the chosen courier.
CANCELLATIONS:
Products are only applicable for cancellations if they are received immediately after the order is placed and before the order has been confirmed and shipped. Please make sure any cancellation requests are done by calling Marching Dogs directly at +8125819145. If the customer is international, please use the WhatsApp line.
